Our facilities are fully redundant end-to-end: duplicated power, redundant cooling and climate control, and duplicated connectivity, backed by extensive 24/7 monitoring and deep technical expertise on-site. Across our facilities, we already have more than 1,500 m² of fully equipped computer floor active and filled, with room to expand to 6,000 m² and multiple megawatts of total power capacity.

Carrier-neutral by design: multiple fiber providers and carriers are already present in-house, so connecting your equipment is usually straightforward to arrange. Don't have a provider yet? We're happy to introduce you to parties that supply bandwidth.

Our own DWDM fiber infrastructure terminates directly in-house, with every connection labelled, documented and patched by our own engineers.

On top of that, we run our own fiber ring straight to Nikhef and Digital Realty AMS9 — connected onward to the Amsterdam metro network — giving every customer access, in principle, to virtually every carrier and network present in Amsterdam.

That's what carrier-neutral means in practice: real choice of provider, backed by connectivity we own and maintain ourselves.

Cold-aisle containment keeps intake air exactly where it's needed, row by row — so cooling capacity goes to your equipment, not the room.

Every aisle is laid out, labelled and monitored the same way: predictable, inspectable, and built to scale as the floor grows.
